York Bereavement Alliance

‘Bereavement’ describes how we feel when someone has died. This could be a parent, child, friend, relative or pet and can be a very difficult and emotional event in our lives which most of us will experience.

York Bereavement Alliance is a city-wide network connecting people in York with local bereavement support services. It provides a directory of information to help adults, families, and young people find appropriate guidance and resources. Click on the boxes below to find support services that can help you.

If you can’t find what you need, have any questions about the Alliance’s work or feedback on any services please contact us at  enquiries@yorkbereavementalliance.org

Or you can call or text us for advice on 07741 734 659. Messages are checked from Monday to Thursday 12 to 2pm, except bank holidays.
