Volunteering with us
We couldn’t carry out the important work we do without our amazing volunteers. People of all ages and backgrounds give their time, skills and enthusiasm to support patients and families, raise vital funds, and help keep our Hospice running.
Most of our volunteers are based in our retail shops and Donation Centre, helping to generate the income that funds Hospice care. Others support patients and families, assist in offices and gardens, help at events, and contribute across many areas of the Hospice.
Volunteering with us is a great way to:
- Make a difference
- Meet new people
- Gain skills and experience
- Boost your confidence and CV
- Support your wellbeing
- Give back to your local community
Whatever your interests, skills or availability, we’d love to welcome you to our volunteer team.
