Who is this for?

This service is strictly for St Leonard’s Hospice staff and volunteers.

What is it for?

It is a safe route to speak up if something has gone wrong, if you are worried something may go wrong, or if you have a suggestion for improvement.

What is it not for?

This is not a channel for patient, family or public complaints. Public complaints must follow our standard complaints procedure: Feedback and complaints
