Rainbow of Ribbons raises almost £30,000

This summer, we brightened up our communities across York, Selby, Easingwold, Pocklington and Malton with our Rainbow of Ribbons and raised almost £30,000 in the process.

Thank you to everyone who dedicated a ribbon in memory of someone special. We’re only able to do what we do at St Leonard’s because of the generous support we receive from our community. Thanks to you, we can continue being here when people need us most.

We displayed rainbows in two new locations for 2026: St Michael’s Church in Malton and Rowntree Park in York. A huge thank you to both locations for being part of our campaign this year, along with Selby Abbey, Easingwold Market Place, our Pocklington shop and the Hospice.
