What's on at the Sunflower Wellbeing Hub

We now have three regular drop-in sessions taking place, including new Friends and Family and Bereavement sessions.

If you or someone you care about has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, we can help. Join us for a warm welcome, where our experienced team will give you the time to talk through your concerns in a safe and relaxed environment. Our support is free, and you do not need a referral, appointment or any connection to the hospice. Just come on in and say hello.

Our regular sessions:

  • Friends and family drop-in: is for anyone who helps care for a family member or friend with a life-limiting illness. It is open every Monday (except bank holidays), from 4pm to 7pm in the Sunflower Centre at St Leonard’s Hospice.
  • Wellbeing drop-in: is for anyone affected by a life limiting illness. It is open every Thursday, from 10am to 3pm, in the Sunflower Centre at St Leonard’s Hospice.
  • Bereavement drop-in: is for any bereaved adult in our area. It runs monthly, every first Tuesday of the month from 2pm to 4pm.

Refreshments are provided, and free parking is available onsite, including disabled spaces. Children and dogs (accompanied by an adult) are also welcome.
