You can create a beautiful lasting tribute to the memory of someone special with the Memory Tree at St Leonard’s Hospice.

The Memory Tree is a lovingly crafted installation, providing a poignant focus of the Hospice garden. With a winding pathway and spots for quiet rest and reflection, the Hospice’s beautifully landscaped grounds guide you gently to the Memory Tree. Here you can take in the peace of your surroundings and view your leaf in bronze, silver or gold colour and engraved with the name of the special person you want to remember.

Inscriptions can be up to 35 characters including spaces and you can choose how long your leaf stays on the tree. Your donation will mean St Leonard’s Hospice can be here to help and support more people with life-limiting illness, and those they care about.

As the end of your leaf’s time on the tree approaches, we’ll be in touch to ask if you’d like to continue its stay or have the leaf returned to you as a keepsake.
