Sunflower Wellbeing Hub
If you, or someone you care about, has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, we can help.
Our Sunflower Wellbeing Hub sessions provide a safe and relaxed environment where you can get advice from our experienced team, meet people who are going through similar experiences as you and learn about local support groups specific to your needs.
We will give you the time you need to talk about your problems or concerns, and you don’t need any prior link to St Leonard’s.
Topics we can cover include:
- The impact of diagnosis on yourself, friends, and family members
- Health and wellbeing
- Planning for the future
- Learning more about end-of-life care and the services we offer
We can even create a personal wellbeing programme which is tailored to your needs.
Our support is free, and you do not need a referral or appointment. Just come on in and say hello, refreshments are available.
When and where to find us:
Sunflower Centre at St Leonard’s Hospice every Thursday from 10am to 12.30pm.
Free parking is available on site, including Blue Badge places.
