Christine was a wonderful wife to Peter, Mum to Jim and Tom and Nana to Max, Hudson and Layla. Her stay at St Leonard's Hospice was very short but the care that she, and we, received was nothing short of marvellous.

I remember Chris from when I was very small and she always seemed pretty glamorous as my older second cousin. I didn’t see her that often but she was always lovely and fun. She always had a sparkle in her eye. I last saw her last year never dreaming that it would be the last time I saw her. I will miss her. She was always gentle and kind and fun, and for some reason, the first Christmas card I wrote every year was to Chris and Pete. She was taken far too soon and too quickly. The world is a little less nice now and I am sorry that I won’t see her again. Lots of love Chris xx and thinking of Pete, Jim, Tom and families xx
