Moonlight Walk raises over £36,000

This September we welcomed nearly 500 supporters of all ages for our famous Moonlight Walk, on a rather hot day! With an amazing two hours of live entertainment beforehand, from festival regulars New York Brass Band and hosts York Mix, we were ready to take on the 7 mile walk around the sights of historic York.

You helped us to raise a fantastic £36,000 (and counting) at the Moonlight Walk, which helps us to provide our unrivalled care to people in our community when they need it most.

Thank you to everybody who took part and raised funds in memory of their loved ones. We’re also very grateful to the local businesses who gave their support.
