Celia Tyler.

19-01-1950 - 22-09-2021

We are so grateful to the Hospice@Home team for their support and compassion during Celia’s last days. She said that she wanted people to donate to the hospice instead of giving flowers, because the care they gave made such a difference: she was comfortable, pain free and in her own home, surrounded by family, friends and caring professionals.

Celia was one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met, and her brilliant daughter is the same. I\'m so pleased she was able to spend her last precious days and weeks at home and I\'m donating so that can happen for more people. Sending huge love to the Tylers x
